R.N./L.P.N. - Full Time/Part Time(20, 30 & 40 Hrs) Provides nursing care to residents on the assigned unit. Responsible for maintaining a safe abuse free environment for residents living in the facility. Current license & experience needed.
MDS Coordinator – Full Time (40 hrs.) Maintain current MDS processing and provide education to staff related to documentation requirements. Knowledge of MDS, Care Plan process, PPS and RUGs. Will be included in on-call rotation. MDS experience or certification through AANAC preferred. Must be an R.N. with current Illinois licensure.
C.N.A. Supervisor – Full Time (40 hrs.) Prepare and maintain C.N.A. schedule. Supervise and train current and new C.N.A’s. Flexibility with working all shifts and filling in as floor C.N.A. when needed. Must be organized, have good communication skills and maintain a positive work environment. Current Illinois C.N.A. license a must.
C.N.A. - Full Time/Part Time(20, 30 & 37.5 Hrs) Under the direction of the nursing staff, cares for residents in nursing and personal care/assisted living while keeping them safe and comfortable during their activities of daily living. Certification & experience needed.
C.N.A.T. - Full Time/Part Time (20, 30 & 37.5 Hrs) Currently enrolled or currently active in class certified nursing assistant students needed. Please call for further details.
U.A. – Full Time/Part Time (30 & 37.5 hrs.) Duties include passing ice, meal trays, making beds and assisting residents in non ADL tasks. Other duties as assigned within job capabilities/description.
Laundry – Part Time (20-30hrs.) Wash, dry, hang, and fold nursing/personal linens. Keep laundry area clean while following safety guidelines and directions. Able to read, write and follow policies and procedures outlined by the facility and department Director. Must be in good physical shape.
Dietary Relief Cook – Part Time (20 hrs.) Responsibilities include preparing and serving meals. Some cooking experience needed. High school diploma or equivalent.
