Assistant Director of Nursing: Full Time (40 hrs. Day/Eve/Night shift) Motivated and Experienced Nurse responsible for all direct resident care activities performed during the assigned tour of duty. Provide direction, supervision and evaluation of all resident care. Supervised by Director of Nursing while achieving the professional and organizational goals of this facility and also providing the highest level of clinical and leadership skill. Must be currently licensed as R.N. in the state of Illinois. 1 year experience required .Previous supervisor experience caring for long-term care residents, preferred.
Auten Center Actv Director – Full Time (40 hrs. Day/Evening/Weekend) Coordinate activity programming and aide person centered emphasis for Auten Center elders. Take care of all required elements of documentation for State/ Federal regulations. Create plans for individual care/therapeutic leisure. Prefer college background in Social Service. Experience with dementia population needed.
R.N./L.P.N. - Full Time/Part Time(20, 30 & 40 Hrs) Provides nursing care to residents on the assigned unit. Responsible for maintaining a safe abuse free environment for residents living in the facility. Current license & experience needed.
Medical Records Clerk – Full Time (40hrs.) Coordinating resident appointments and transportation, updating and organizing information on nurses unit and maintaining patient charts. HS graduate who is a multi-tasker, proficient in reading, writing, and grammar. Knowledge of medical terminology, good communication, organization and pc skills needed. Experience preferred but not required.
C.N.A. Supervisor – Full Time (40 hrs.) Oversee C.N.A. staff schedule. Must be C.N.A. with some supervisory skill. Other assigned duties as needed.
C.N.A. - Full Time/Part Time(20, 30 & 37.5 Hrs) Under the direction of the nursing staff, cares for residents in nursing and personal care/assisted living while keeping them safe and comfortable during their activities of daily living. Certification & experience needed.
Restorative C.N.A. – Full Time (37.5 hrs.) This expanded C.N.A. role includes assisting residents with therapeutic exercise and occupational therapy. Must be C.N.A. certified.
Unit Assistant – Full Time (37.5 hrs.) Duties include making beds, passing ice, assisting with meal trays, pushing residents to and from dining area. Other job duties as assigned by supervisor.
Relief Cook/Aide – Part Time (20hrs. - 30hrs.)(2 openings) Relieve Cook Am/Pm. Relieve dietary aide positions. Minimum high school diploma/equivalent. Some cooking experience a plus but will train.
Cook – Full Time (37.5 hrs.) Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch, prep area and cleaning. Oversee dietary aides. Minimum HS diploma or equivalent. Some cooking experience required, will train if needed.
