Employment Opportunities

Our mission is to provide a place for today's seniors to live, play and grow in an atmosphere of Christian love and care. We believe that the Christian faith teaches us that all persons should have the opportunity to live their lives with dignity and independence. In that belief, we are committed to providing quality services in an atmosphere of caring, sharing, encouragement and Christian love.

It is our expectation that employees of The Village help us each and every day to fulfill our mission to provide quality care to our residents and to promote dignity and respect of those residents.

The Village is committed to equal employment opportunities for all persons. Therefore, we strive to select the best-qualified individuals, based on job-related qualifications, regardless of race, color, religion, national and ethnic origin, sex, age, or disability. We will treat all qualified applicants and employees equally in all employment matters.
