Skilled Care - Main Campus

The Village offers physical therapy and rehabilitation services, spiritual services and individual programs to help residents achieve independence. Alzheimer's Care

The Village offers a special care Alzheimer's center with a skilled team including a physician, licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, a dietitian, and more. The Alzheimer's unit activities program offers enjoyable and meaningful activities and offer the resident with Alzheimer's a reasonable chance of success. Assisted Living

The Village offers Assisted living facilities for people needing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) but wishing to live as independently as possible for as long as possible. Independent Living

Southern Meadows Estates is a Senior Independent Living Community. We have many different options to fit your lifestyle. You can choose from our Cottages, Villas, and our Estates Apartment Building. Village Playhouse
