Volunteer Services & The Village Auxiliary

The United Methodist Village offers various opportunities for an individual or a church group to serve our residents by volunteering at the Main Campus and North Campus. The opportunities include the devotions, special music, a shift in the library or gifts shops, quilting, sewing, mending, passing fresh ice and water and helping with daily Activities. Volunteer Services is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Please join us for a morning or afternoon shift. We will provide you with a good lunch and wonderful fellowship.

The United Methodist Village Auxiliary Membership Drive

We need your help! Please consider joining the The United Methodist Village Auxiliary. The dues are just $3.00 a year. This small amount is used to provide many comforts for our residents. You can join simply by sending a check payable to The Village Auxiliary, 1616 Cedar Street, Lawrenceville, Illinois  62439.

You can make a difference in the most fragile of our society by volunteering a few hours a week and/or joining The Village Auxiliary for just $3.00 a year!

The Village Gift Shops

Please visit the Village Main and North Campuses' Gift Shops for one of a kind and unique gifts. The Gift Shops are known for handbags that can be personalized, the Village Cookbook with over 750 recipes, and Uncle Al's Pecans. Both Gift Shops have been restocked with Fall inventory. The Main Campus Gift Shop hours are  everyday from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and The North Campus Gift Shop hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M..
